But I'm here to show how you can be successful transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle, whether you want to switch overnight or make a gradual change.

After over a decade of plant-based eating, I've learned a few tips and techniques, and I'm excited to share them with you! This Plant-Based Handbook contains all the basics for anyone starting on a plant-based diet from stocking your pantry to a full 7-day meal plan with recipes.

And you don't have to be 100% vegan to reap the rewards of this guide.
